EMERGENCY PUBLIC HOURS:
In emergency cases (death/medical and other emergency cases of same nature) supported by documentary evidence, consular documents can also be submitted personally between 2:00 - 4:00pm on all working days.

Emergencies by definition refer to unexpected urgent situations. Do not call this number for status enquiry or general information. In case of any death, distress situation, serious accident or if you need emergency travel documents outside normal office hours on working days and on holidays, please call MOBILE +64-21-222-7651. Emergency applications must be supported by documentary evidence. Holidays, business trips, confirmed bookings made before obtaining visa/travel documents do not qualify as emergencies and will not be treated as such.
